While he was in hospital after his surgery a prison officer came to visit him.
The officer said ''It must have hurt, I bet the worst bit was when they cut your knob off and turned your foreskin inside out to make your artificial fanny''
He replied ''Yes, that was very bad but not the worst''
The officer goes on '' Then it must have been when they cut your chest open to stitch on your artificial boobs''
Again he says that was not the worst and there was an even worse part.
