It worked after 3 months with my first (I was on 100mg/mth), but after 3 mths on the second occasion, it wasn't regulating the cycle etc, which sounds like you. My fertility clinic put me onto Metformin for 6 months, which then helped to improve my response to Clomid and I conceived on month 3 again. I was told that if the Clomid didn't work, the next option was an injection procedure prior to IVF.
Interestingly, I've recently had a Mirena (hormonal) coil removed and fell pregnant naturally within 10 days. So there's another unknown fertility option for you!!!!
