Weight Loss Update For Those Interested

I had a sneaky weigh in and have lost a further 5 kilos or 11lb in other money, bringing my weightloss to date 5 stone 12 lb.

Margo - the having 80%of my stomach removed!
lol that sounds a bit blaise, but I had what is called a gastric sleeve, which where they whip out 8-% of my stomach, so I can only eat tiny portions.

Still very tired ummmm still restricted as to what steve the sleeve will actually tolerate, but getting there.
Back at work now (although currently on lunch break) so life is now getting back to normal.

Well done. Part of me (and there is 18 stone of me) is envious but the other part isn't so sure that an op would be the way to go.

Wolf the operation is not the way for everyone, it can make some illnesses worse whilst making some so much better, you need a good support network
