It doesn't end with France's overseas territory of Martinique only Jourdain, there's also; Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Réunion, Mayotte Saint Martin Saint Barthélemy Saint Pierre and Miquelon and more, some are actual départments of France - and therefore the EU, having representation in the two chambers of the French Parliament and using the euro as currency.
Corby there is a Westminster MP, Lindsay Hoyle, who in addition to her constituency 'represents the interests of Gibraltar ' so they do have representation. (though not their own MP as they are too small)
