Definately D, due to the distance from the war and the small amounts of troops sent there.

USA- they joined the War last of all.
The United States of course, they were late as usual.
actually, it was very good of the USA to join in at all, as they weren't involved or threatened. Many Americans at the time felt as we now feel about Iraq: what are we doing losing our boys' lives in this faraway country where we have no business?
