Has anyone a cure for chilli burns on hands.

I stupidly did not wear rubber gloves and when de-seeded my green chillies for my chilli con carne,
my hand came into contact with the chilli.
Any help please.

I remember from years ago the advice to wash hands in a weak solution of sodium bicarbonate

Has worn off now tringer but thanks for that tip. I'll remember it for the future!!!

Capsaicin, the active ingredient in chillis, is not soluble in water but is soluble in milk. I suggest rinsing or soakin your hands in milk.
