Ingrained Concrete

Has anyone had dealings with companies that lay ingrained concrete drives/patios/paths? (I live in Kent in case someone else has a similar problem, I won't name the company)
I had this finished 6 weeks ago and am not satisfied. When the sealant was put on it was not cleaned first and I feel sure it is lifting. There are other problems also.
Despite contacting the company, which has been operating for over 15 years, they have still not been to inspect it despite promises.
Someone said that I should contact an ombudsman.
