Yes, go to your GP - most practice nurses, or GP's will do this for you in the surgery. Takes minutes, safe and painless.

Do not try it yourself, you are likely to start with pain and end with infection.

If they have pedicles (stalks) then tie a piece of cotton tightly around the base, leave it for a couple of weeks and then they will fall off.
Otherwise go to your GP who will remove them under after freezing the skin (local anaesthesia)

ive used dental floss tied tight as you can around the bottom of skintag a week later went black and fell off...i tried that stuff islay but it didnt work for me

Yes, keep dabbing with Tree Tree Oil until it disappears in a few weeks.

....or you could do what I do, which is to grasp them with a pair of forceps/tweezers, stretch them slightly, touch them with a scalpel blade and hey presto!

I do what chilli or sqad do, I have loads of them particularly around my neck and bra area. Blooming nuisance.

If they are small, you can have them zapped by an electrolysist.
