Does boiling remove Calcium and chlorine from water?

Some Calcium may also be removed due to the precipitation of calcite.  The solubility of calcite decreases with increasing temperature.  Not all of it will be removed though.

Thanks for your answers. If I was to filter the water after boiling with say, a britta water filter, would this remove any of the Calcium? If not, how can I make it as pure as possible?

The process you require is distillation.

Are you trying to remove 'impurities' for any specific reason? Bear in mind that the human body requires calcium.

No, I'm not going to drink it, I'm going to wash my hair in it. I think I might just invest in a shower filter!
