Some advise If I can, we bought a 14v cordless "Hover from a well known Electrical store "C" the price was £79, on getting this unit home but not using it for a day or so, we found that the unit was "Not Fit For Purpose" the take back day was one month but with other things going on it turned out to be a month, I contacted "C" Head office and explained the issue, the staff on the other end of the phone was a bit stroppy when I explained the issue, his comment, " It's working init" to my reply, it's not fit for purpose as in, it's not picking up, again, It's working "init" I aid thank you for your help but I did not catch your name, I'm !!!!!!!!!, 3 weeks passed & I receive a letter from a company that deals with "C" complaint asking me to take the unit back, this I did & explained that it's not fit for the purpose of picking up bits from our carpet, it was replaced for a 24v Lightweight cordless, job sorted, so if you are contemplating the same type of purchase think twice as the Hover 14V are useless, sorry for the long winded post but I thought it may help someone.
