No chance, Wendi,.....a rowdy shower of newcomers tonight.....first time in years I've not enjoyed the pub quiz......and foul mouthed too so no way was I taking them outside to gaze skywards with me.....I'd have needed to be watching them.... :-(

I seem to remember that there is a NASA page,where you can put in your postcode, and it gives you the sightings for your area;am I right?

We didn't win, Wendi.....four of us couldn't compete with twelve friends pretending to be two teams of six......and their language and constant guffawing took any fun away in the end........will look for another pub quiz I think.....x

wendilla.I managed to get East Sussex,but the nearest town on the list is Eastbourne(25 miles away) my nearest town is Hastings.

OK fine,many thanks.Now we hope for clear weather,which as it's Spring might be good.We live in the country,so far from street lights (nearest ones are miles away) So we have no light pollution.

this is for my area but east or south areas will only be seconds out .

Old bather there will be no more evening sightings for a few weeks but you will still get times for AM sightings

I live where I have a large area of sky and with just a couple of. Lights so when it's clear skies it is good viewing .its a pity the shuttles were grounded as I have seen a few double pass overs
