Been to daughters for dinner tonight, she excelled herself, we had roast stuffed turkey crown, roast potatoes, dauphinois potatoes, mashed sweet potatoes and butternut squash, Caulie and broccoli cheese, carrots, peas, runner beans, spinach stuffed mushrooms, crumbed parsnips, ratatouille, sage and onion stuffing and gravy. Before that we had a starter of chillier prawns, smoked salmon, ham and assorted wsalad that I prepared. Afterwards we had Bakewell tart and lemon curd meringue cake. She really did a superb meal but I think they will be on left overs for the rest of next week!
