Have any of you read this book please? One of my friends was gushing over it last week saying it was fantastic and my other friend said she read the first five chapters and couldnt get into it. I would be pleased to hear your views.

I read it, not a book I would usually go for, took a while to get into, I was confused who was who and drunk from sober, as soon as I sussed it, I thought it was a great read and finished it overnight, brilliant, didn't like the movie

I read it last year I think it was. I enjoyed it and remember it well, and I read a lot of books. If you like that genre, you will enjoy it

Try 'Lie With Me' by Sabine Durrant - first novel I've read in ages (usually read non-fiction) but it really drew me in and kept me guessing

I read last week, mainly because of all the hype. I thought it okay - not great.

There are nearly 15,000 reviews on Amazon. While the majority of people clearly enjoyed reading it, just under 10% of readers rated it at only 1 or 2 stars. So the probability of you enjoying it would seem to be far greater than that of you not getting on with it but there can't be any guarantee:

I just could not bring myself to care about any of the characters, neither love them nor hate them.

One good thing is that it is not a long read so you won't feel resentful about wasted hours if you don't enjoy it.

I've read this book and although I enjoyed it, I thought it was a bit far fetched in places, especially where all the people were 'linked' in some way.

Far fetched and quite boring. Could not identify with any of the characters.
