What Happens To Unsold Items On Tv Show Money For Nothing

I've wondered that....as well as wondering who on earth pays what they do for some of the stuff so I had a google around...just putting in your question....

One chair that they wanted £2,000 for is still for sale in Stamford (Smith's I think) for £950.

So I guess they just keep reducing til it's sold....if it ever is.....
