My ex is threatening me and has done for over 3 yrs since we split up about a multitude of things. He keeps going on about the TV he left for his only son as doesn't pay any maintenance at all and has never offered to either. Our son broke the TV 2 yrs ago and I don't know ow what to do as he's threatening court action
Just because he got someone else pregnant doesn't mean he doesn't have to pay for the ones he's already got. It's a TV for goodness sake. Would he really take a TV off his child? Let him take you to court....
I've tried to get maintenance but as he has a new partner who's he's got pregnant and they're claiming every benifit going I am at a loss. I think giving him it back my be a problem as it's at the local tip with it being so long ago
I couldn't agree with you more. And yes seemingly he would take that away from him and bully the mother of his only child in the process because of it. I honestly wish to God I'd never met him
Well I best give him the address of the local tip. As it's where it went as got one from my dad as a replacement. Honestly this horrible man scares the life out of me as destroyed my family as lost me a child due to assaulting her aged 3. And yet he's been given access and gets away with so much
Pookie I suggest you go to Citizens advice, they are very good at this kind of thing. Your ex needs sorting out. He can't be allowed to bully you like this.
Firstly tell him that you no longer have the TV as it broke and tell him you look forward to seeing him in court.
Secondly contact the CSA or whatever they are called now and go for maintenance, it does not matter that he and his new partner are on benefits you would still get a token gesture.
Thirdly go to CBA and make sure you are claiming everything you are entitled too and check out if you can get any help with keeping that SOB away from you.
