Question On Redundancy Entitlement ......

I've had a quick look on the gov.uk website and I can't seem to find an answer to this:
My missus' firm have been laying people off recently, due to restructuring, etc.
My missus has been there for over 20 years and ideally she'd like out and rather than looking for another job, she's hanging on in the hope of being made redundant.
I've been on the gov.uk website and worked out how many weeks she's entitled to - 22 weeks pay.
Now the only problem is, she's considering dropping her hours from 40 to 30, so that will effectively drop her pay by 25%.
If she is made redundant, how will this affect her redundancy payment??
Would she only be entitled to 22 weeks at her current weekly pay, or would it take into consideration all the past years at full pay, as there doesn't seem to be any mention of this on the gov.uk website??

"You don’t need to calculate your weekly pay, if you’re paid weekly and your pay doesn’t vary.
If your pay varies or you’re not paid weekly, you have to use a 12-week period for working it out."

..... oh well, it looks like she's not going to be reducing her hours anytime soon then lol :(
