Why Would Anyone Switch From Labour To Ukip?

People are free to choose, of course, but I can't understand why any Labour supporter would switch to the ultra right wing of the Tory party and vote Ukip. They (UKip) are targeting our constituency as a possible gain. Can't see it myself. It's Middleton and Heywood btw.

I seem to be obliged to regularly point out that UKIP have not achieved their aim. We are still in the EU both officially and unofficially. If so called soft Brexit goes ahead we will only be out of the EU officially, but being still bound by their unacceptable demands, still in as far as anything that matters is concerned. UKIP will have achieved their aims once we are fully out, and only then. At that point they could try their hand at being a more rounded alternative political party, or they could disband and their members try to return to ALL the different parties they temporarily left.

UKIP are the malcontents party. They will probably split into a series of mini UKIPs. There are still lots of things to claim to speak for the people about; The ban the burka party (BURKIP) - a few prominent members have already resigned over that one, so they may form a 'no to banning the burka' party (NOBBKIP)

Apparently Paul Nuttall has now made his mind up about whether to stand in this June's Election.....well, not exactly fully made up of course, but he is nearly there !

From what I've said regards Labour & J.C. this maybe wishful thinking, and without the help N.S. & it will obviously be ridiculed by a certain few, with smug Tories that think they can never be defeated I hope they get a good kicking in the June Election, from D.C. to the present PM another person that does not know the truth from People's reality in life & that's " Living in a real world" UKIP may foresee what's ahead but its the way they go about it, all the other part's want to get their acts together & kick this self opinionated money stealing, tax evasive thieves out.

Cassa...when I and millions of people like me vote Labour, we have very realistic chance of sending Labour MPs to Parliament, and they will be Her Majesties Official Opposition.

But when people vote UKIP, there is very little chance, if any, that UKIP will end up with any MPs, at all, and consequently, UKIP won't even be part of that Opposition.

They will just be also-rans, and no different to hundreds of other no-hope candidates. Even The Greens have one MP at Westminster and what good has that done the Party ?

I will have to see where it read it but I read an interesting article this morning about how broken all socialist nations are. Venezuela a case in point.
