Ha! The first two are take earplugs and dental retainer out, minty. I don't go and make a cup of tea. I really have to get to the loo fairly quickly. :)

A cup of Earl Grey is nearly always 2nd !
Even sitting back down on the bed to put my socks on takes at least three actions
1. Check position of bed
2. bend knees
3. touch down!

Was not Intrusive as what some thought it was going to be Eh!
I can't see that it was intrusive at all ! This is a light-hearted thread, that we should all be able to enjoy.
Turn on radio 4.
Have a good scratch.
Pretend to be asleep, so the Mrs makes the tea:-)
