As members of the European Union, Bulgarians and Romanians have visa-free access to the UK therefore he has not been 'let in' like a big favour. like it or lump it he is here legally.
Therefore at the end of the sentence he should be moved out.

It is often said on here that the Daily Mail only report on stories that get one wound up or scared, but without this paper we would never get to know what is actually going on in this country of ours.

I can find only one other national journal reporting on this case and that is the Daily Mirror.
