When Ed Milliband announced a similar policy, the Tory PM at the time howled him down across the Dispatch Box. But now Mrs May is stealing this policy and calling it her own.

I congratulate her on this u-turn !

so as this is a Labour policy mikey, and the tories have the best chance of implementing it, can we assume you are now a Tory voter?
The state pension is NOT a benefit, it's an entitlement which most of us have funded via NI contributions throughout our working lives. Does Mikey think that we are all like Prince Philip who can carry on till 95 before calling it a day?
