How many people out there are still gullible? would you give out your Bank Details to ANYONE that asks for it? the amount of Elderly getting conned by on line sharks is still happening, has any relation of yours been Conned? how do you advise them? do they take notice of your advise? an Senior person get's conned into buying Pills for exercise.

It's a good program to alert people but I just wish Gloria would stop bringing everything back to herself! She must have mentioned at least 20 times she had been conned. We know!

She even does it when on any show she's on a death is mentioned, she brings up her daughter Caron.

It's all me, me, me!

MIL has been conned several times despite us spending a long time educating her and telling her we may this that and the next.
She still gives out her details and cries foul!
We have given up now - she is supposed to be an intelligent woman!!

We found out that my late father in law was being conned by post. He'd won a holiday, he'd won a car, he'd won £100,000 etc etc.

By the time we'd found out, he'd spent over £8000.00. We explained it all to him and even took his cheque book away from him for a year, but as soon as he got it back, he started doing the same thing, all over again.

He too, was an intelligent man. Very sad.

Yes, In particular about Sky, we pay for Sky its in our name and comes out of our bank account. We have told her time and time again to give anyone who rings about sky our numbers but she insists on paying them.

I think partially its about attention seeking because everytime it happens her sons go rushing over to her side!!

Its not Sky that's phoning her though, its another company that claims they are ringing on behalf of sky.
There is only so many times you can tell them something!

BT phone with a blocker? has that been tried, it worked well regards unwanted calls at our home
