I'm having a party soon and will be catering for approx. 15 people. Rather than doing party food, I'd like to make a large quantity of curry. However, my own recipe is very basic and I'd like to do something better. Can anyone give me a really good recipe with instructions? I'm not necessarily looking for something quick. I'm happy to make the day before if it's going to take some time.

Many thanks

Great. Thanks for that - so many recipes to choose from!
When I have a party it usually goes on quite late so I make a big pan of chilli and one of bolegnaise with jacket potatoes. Go down really well. Any left over freezes.
Are you cooking rice for 15?
This goes great with curry:

Onion and Chilli Salad

5 tblspns Cider Vinegar
3 tblspns Water
1 Green Chilli - seeded and chopped
salt and pepper
2 Spanish Onions, thinly sliced

Mix together vinegar, water, chilli and salt and pepper.
Place onions in shallow serving dish, pour over dressing, leave to stand for 1 hour stirring occasionally.
