I did finish the crossword yesterday and I had completed it correctly but one answer I still can't parse.
4Dn Guy a couple of females be church. 5L answer was CHAFF, but I couldn't find another word for chaff that fit with anything in the clue, can anyone explain?

Thank you all very much, I have heard of chaff to tease but not guy, and my Chambers dictionary didn't give guy as a synonym for tease.
I won't forget that one if I get it again.
In my Chambers -guy.2 gives guy as to make fun of.
