Dear Mrs/Ms/Miss Ed,

You have come in for a fair bit of stick recently, but i just wanted to say THANKYOU for replying to my query so promptly. I wanted to post this here because i wanted everyone to know that i am being a creep... er... no... that's not right at all.

I wanted everyone to know that you DO reply (they're a suspicious bunch on here, you know.)

Do i get a gold badge for being the first to mail you about the matter in question...?

Actually, I do answer emails and have a regular correspondence with some ABers. I just don't answer rude or aggressive emails. Life's too short.
