Can anyone tell me why my iPod doesnt show up as a j drive in the 'my computer' folder please?

hi ska

you need to enable ''disk use'' in the ipod options, open itunes, click>file>preferences>ipod tab>enable disk use, answer yes/ok to the question, then your ipod will then show in my computer.
