Kodi Box - Subtitles

I know I am in the U.S., but has anyone successfully managed to download subtitles to use on their Kodi
box??? I am hoping kodi boxes are the same world over. Will check back in morning (US time)

Minty, I would not call it a holiday, I am looking after my aunt Norma, who had stomach surgery last August and is not still 100%. She is elderly, has dementia. My cousins, Yvonne & Junior had taken a lot of time of work. I offered and I can only stay 3 months visa wise. Health care expensive, even more so now there is no Obamacare.
