Bread Pudding Disaster

I've just realised why my bread pudding has failed miserably.

I forgot the melted butter.

Sad face :(

Oh dear. If any consolation, I made a carrot cake yesterday & really don't know what I did wrong but it didn't cook...it rose fine but even though I gave it even longer time, sadly it ended up in the bin & I really do hate wasting food

Aye, I was at a restaurant the other day which had food all over the menu :-(

To add insult to badly cooked pudding the spare I made (same forgotten butter) I forgot to take it out the oven before we went out.... burnt to a crisp

No I put lots of carrots in but obviously made a big mistake with weighing some other ingredients
