I watch a lot of Police programs and notice a lot of them have a partner.

My memory of watching the Bill was Sgt Cryer always used to say June you're with Jim, John you're with Joan and so on leading me to believe they worked with different people every day.

Does anyone know what the current set up is in the Met Police, I live in London.

Well Cagney was always with Lacey, and Starsky wouldn't leave the station without Hutch.
Being more serious, if you regularly watch the TV reality shows like Police Interceptors or Motorway Cops, they seem to vary who they work with.

That's what I thought. But Bob Cryer definitely did the pairings on The Bill. Ha Ha
Turner and Hooch couldn't be separated.
