charity dilemma

i am doing a 5 k run soon and want to collect some sponsorship money for charity. Anyone have any good ideas re: charities

If i'm caught in two minds who to donate money to i always choose a children's charity cos i believe the children are our future (sorry!) - UNICEF is a good general children's charity or Children in Need if you prefer your money to go to a UK charity
