I've got trapped wind in my chest and shoulder blade, it's quite painful, ive been taking home remedies for it (ginseng & lemon tea, rennies)
But is it normal to hurt to breath?
I feel like it's definitely wind.
I've only had it a few days.
Any advice please
Now that is advice, from Sqad, that I would take note of Jonah. I was eager to say that it will not be "trapped wind" earlier. I did not post because I do not have the medical professional experience that Sqad has, but I do have the life experience.
If it was me I would go to A&E to have any possible heart related problems checked out.
If you get the all clear - my mum used to go on about Gripe Water but I can't remember what direction it sends the wind. I used to get cramps in my stomach due to IBS and trapped wind - it is awful.
