E N V I R O N M E N T - “Zero Emissions. Zero Compromise.” Campaign With Toyota's 2017 Mirai Fuel Cell Vehicle

I want to become more active in removing the four-wheeled stinkers from our roads ASAP. But, I cannot find any institute/organisation that is engaged in alternative technology for fossil-fuelled vehicles.
_I have found a US-American Internet site ("http://www.eesi.org/topics/hydrogen-fuel-cells/description") presenting a campaign centred on Toyota's Mirai FCVs.
Surely, we in Europe are just as positive, if not more so? Especially with a certain powerful country having a very rich, unpredictable child sticking two fingers up to all Mother Earth's citizens.
--> Does anybody know of such campaigns that collect and publicise up-to-date information on fuel-cell technology for vehicles and wanting to bump-start this either in UK or in Europe?
Thank you.
