My mom and I are moving out of the house we're renting and want to know if the landlord can enter the house without notice now that we've given our 30 day notice to terminate our lease. I wanted to know since we just e-mailed the notice today and we'll be busy tomorrow so we won't know if they've come by at all if they aren't required to let us know before hand.

This is a British-based website and its unlikely that anyone would be able to help. I suggest you try somewhere closer to home.
Your lease hasnt terminated to day

it will end 5th July 2017 and so he and you are bound by the terms until that time. ( watched a lodda Judge Judy)

you need to re read your lease and this pre supposes that one of the terms is not "in the final 30 d of the lease - the landlord can enter and re enter at will and without notice"

this is quite useful

almost exactly the same as Rnglish law on this ( unsurprisingly)
