Mr Smow is rather partial to a gammon steak - he even likes it 70's style with egg/pineapple like my mum used to do for my dad. But fancy doing something different with them- any ideas??

It isnt a massive step away from the classic but knocking up a mix off chopped and mopped mozzarella with well drained crushed or finely chopped pineapple and some chives for colour and a bit of bite isn't bad.
