The gap between the panes of a double glazed unit is filled with either dried air or an inert gas. The spacer bar inside the sealed unit is filled with silica gel. The silica absorbs any excess moisture which is in the void between the panes of glass. If your windows are showing signs of condensation it means that either the seal has broken down and/or the moisture absorbing gel has absorbed all it can.
The only remedy for this is to replace the sealed unit.
H i would say about 10yrs old.But where i live we have a lot of waggons passing my home. and our house shakes like mad .This is more or less every day.I keep wondering if this has anything to do with it.Because My living room went i had that fixed. my bedroom has gone but its not to bad that one.And now my kitchen.
Did the company that put the windows in sell you a guarantee insurance? we are now claiming on ours through the suppliers but not sure if after 10 years yours may have run out. The only answer is to replace the leaking unit as others have said.
