House TV music

A couple of months ago I posted a question about jazz/bluesmusic (piano) on the TV show House. I can no longer remember the episode name, but House was listening to a CD (bogus title) and remembering his relationship with this piano player. Someone kindly answered my question and said the music was actually by a jazz legend from Chicago and mentioned the name, but I have lost that information and wonder if someone knows and can send that along to me?
