Deleting Bookmark

Would like to delete some defunct bookmarked web sites and tidy it up a bit but have no idea how to.
Would someone please help?
OS is Win 7 and Google Chrome.

click on the pages you wish to delete, then right click on mouse and box should come up and say delete.. hope that makes sense.

Right click on the chosen bookmark then scroll to delete,left click

yes, just right-click on the icon in your bookmark folder, or down the side of the screeen if they're listed there
