Pm 'must Listen' To Other Parties Over Brexit Says Cameron
http:// www.bbc .co.uk/ news/el ection- 2017-40 268504
What are the chances May will listen ? After all, not listening is part of the reason that she is in the mess that she is in today.
Do bloody difficult women ( and men ) ever listen ?

The first was correct. They merely gave the full cost we are down to pay before any temporary reduction, and this was explained many times. Turkey joining was and is just a matter of opinion. They've been trying to join for ages. Recent events may have pushed that a lot further into the future though.
Despite the chosen 'best answer' on this thread, simply walking away might not be such a bad option he says;

"[email protected] May has already promised for the next Queen's Speech, to repeal the European Communities Act 1972 ..."
I may not have made myself clear in my first post on this but what I meant was that simply leaving the EU by repealing ECA1972 without telling them and arranging our affairs, as implied by Article 50, isn't an option. Obviously you can leave the EU and *then* -- or during the process of leaving the EU in an orderly manner -- repeal the ECA without leaving behind a massive mess.

//As I have pointed out umpteen times, there was no £350m lie plastered all over Johnson's battlebus. There was the remainer blatant lie that there was, but anyone who checked instead of just believed could see there wasn't. //
Did you point out each of those umpteen times that it was actually on the poster?

I've said it before on here several times previously so it can't hurt to repeat it.
The day after the referendum I asked 12 people I know who had voted 'leave' why they did so. I got a range of answers.
2 said ''Because I hate that Bast**d Cameron''
2 said ''Because it was Thatcher that got us in it''
8 said ''To get rid of the b******y Immigrants ''
Why do you appear to know a lot of morons?

@jim360...Thanks for your further remarks on my earlier comments.
I can appreciate that it would be wrong to repeal the ECA1972 without informing the EU of our intention to leave. However, as Article 50 has been implemented, surely the EU is aware that the UK is definitely departing the scene and it is therefore in order for the UK government to go ahead and repeal the ECA1972 and appropriately amend all EU legislation .
Hans..

As you managed to find some posters that claimed it, posters I suspect few folk would have seen (I certainly didn't, nor did I see anyone find them and post them here as evidence while the campaign was in progress) I'd ask those who put them up if I were you. The important things are that it was certainly not on the side of the bus, as every remainer likes to claim; nor was it something generally claimed by the leaver group. I can only recall remainers making such a claim. I can only suspect a few rogue overenthusiastic idiots that were unfortunately in the campaign and whose activity wasn't caught in time.

Sorry but that is just rubbish. That isn't the important thing at all, the important thing would be whether or not it was put forward by the Leave campaign, not whether or not it was on the side of a blooming bus, and it was. Nigel Farage, even had the decency to admit that it was a mistake, though he clearly has what it takes.
It doesn't matter anymore as both sides lied, but there is no need to continue to hide those lies.

It wasn't important ? It was vital. Either it was a real claim or it was not. Farage said it was wrong to put the £350M figure on the bus side, and we have already discussed that, that is a debatable view. Farage didn't say many daft things but there was the odd one or two.
Meanwhile the more I think of it the more I think it suspicious that no one could find posters making the daft claim of spending all the sub on the NHS during the campaign, no matter how much one asked for proof. I have only seen one picture showing it before today, and at the time did my own web search but found no others; so put it down as an aberration. And yet now, afterwards, there seems to be a fair old few of them.

Not really. One can not influence what Google finds. The bus was easy to find, and proved it was a lie that it suggested using all the sub for the NHS. But clearly the other photos did not exist on the Internet then, or at least that Google was aware of. It's almost as if they hadn't existed at all at the time.
