Hey guys,
Just bought an Ipod mini a week ago, just one question. The default favourites folders in iTunes such as; recently played, recently added etc are ok in iTunes itself but I dont want them on the ipod. How can i delete it off the ipod without deleting it from iTunes???

Thanks

Arghh I am having the same problem - not sure how to delete a song from a play list without deleting it from the whole library!

Let me know if u have found out how to do it.

Cheers

if you delete a song from a playlist and not from the list under "Ross's Ipod" for example the it shouldnt delete from the ipod itself, my itunes doesnt have any problem with that. if you delete from your ipod its still on your computer so its still in your library, (the library is by the way the list of songs in your computer not your ipod)

I dont see why you cant delete the playlists, cant you just right click on the playlist symbol on the left and click on delete or remove?

i just looked at the date you submitted this question, you must have a good idea of the software now
I'm having a similar problem! I can't delete a song from the computer without the computer deleting the same song from my I-pod nano. I don't know what to do. Does anyone have any ideas? I could put them on to a memory stick but they are expensive. Please help!
