Long Photo

Can I print a continuous photo on my A4 printer if I cut a piece of A2 paper to A4 width and any length? AND must I resize it in Photoshop first .

Would depend of what options your printer driver gives you. I suspect most aren't coded for that. Search the Net to see if one for your printer boasts of banner type prints. Or you could print sections and simply cut & tape them together.

Yes you'd have to resize it in photoshop but as OG says, your printer might not recognise the non standard size.
