Trying to find living people can be tricky. Sometimes the obvious stuff is a worth a try though. There are 4 people called 'B Buckingham' listed in the Phone Directory for Hampshire (with one of them, rather oddly, having two different phone numbers). So perhaps it might be worth phoning each of them?...

From FreeBMD:
Beryl Jean Buckingham (b. 5 October 1928) died in Great Yarmouth in the last quarter (Oct/Nov/Dec) of 1974.

PS: Looking at the original document from which that information was taken shows that the date of birth has been correctly transcribed:

However checking the birth records for 1928 fails to find Beryl Jean Buckingham and it appears that she was actually born in 1929 (in Paddington, with her mother's maiden name being Breed):

FreeBMD only goes up until the end of 1983 and Beryl Jean Buckingham is the only 'Beryl Buckingham' shown as dying between 1956 and then. However your 'Beryl Buckingham' could be any of these:

(I'd start with those living at Homewarr House and Mengham Court, as Google shows that they're both sheltered accommodation)
