To be fair, the hair is pretty accurate. Not sure about the rest of it though.

It's a pretty fair attempt at a characature of Terry Wogan.

When I seen it, I looked to see who was the sculptor and see was he the same guy did the Joe Dolan Statue in Mullingar, looked similar but I see on the paper today folk are comparing it to a Ronaldo statue

From the first angle, I thought "is that Peter Dinklage from Game of Thrones" and the second "slim Nixon?"

Maybe they weather down to look like the person? :)
