Have been waiting for some plants I ordered and was excited to get an email from this place this morning saying the Courier would be with me today.

Great I think and wait impatiently for it. Well she's just been with a tiny parcel, I'm thinking just how small are these plants. Well opened it up and it's just the free gift of the plant booster stuff you put in the water.

I'm so disappointed, as you can imagine, was just about to phone them up to say they must of forgotten to include the plants but no, just see the note inside saying the plants will be dispatched separately.

What's the point in that? Gonna have to wait in again now.

Rant over Ha Ha.

Whoever dispatched your free gift must be related to someone at the Ford main dealer I used to deliver parts for.

I had a late delivery which was on the wrong side of Colchester from my usual route, meaning that I knew I'd get stuck in traffic for at least three quarters of an hour and finish my shift well past the time I was paid for. However the paperwork was stamped 'Urgent' in big red letters, so (being a dedicated employee) I fought my way through all the traffic (which was even worse than I'd expected) and finally got to the customer's workshop just as they were about to close.

I was hoping to be congratulated for ensuring a prompt delivery of the 'urgent' part. However they seemed less than impressed when, out of an order they'd placed for over nine hundred pounds worth of parts to repair a vehicle, I turned up with just one bolt worth less than a quid!
