Tv Goes Bang.
12 Answers
Thanks to all who helped out on Media and TV. Bit of a pain really, I watch very little TV and after it went bang this morning the maintenance company can't get anyone out until next Wednesday and I go away this Sunday for two weeks. So when I come back I still won't have a telly. I would normally buy a new one but my service contract provides a new TV if mine is bu****ed. Catch 22.

Had a similar problem. Bought a decent-sized screen TV from British Heart Foundation charity shop for £25 and gave it back to them a few weeks later.

I actually have BT Youview and spent all afternoon trying to get BT to sort it out to watch on my laptop. I bought a new laptop in December and my old laptop was the registered device along with my phone. If I want to watch on my new laptop, I have to cancel the old device registration and wait 30 days for my new device to be registered. Ridiculous BT rule. They said "Watch on your old one" I've already crushed the hard drive and scrapped it.
Hi Mazie, two threads on the go. We are very fortunate to have a local college that teaches horticulture and two students have been helping us out since I had a major op last year. This will be the longest I have ever left the garden but it's my best mans 60th birthday celebration in British Columbia and I wouldn't miss it for the world.
