Blood Pressure Measurer
13 Answers
Have one at home and doctor wants me to do it twice a day for a week or so after registering 180 at the surgery.
I appreciate that this is very high and trying to get it down but am I the only person who finds it a very painful process. Both at home and at the surgery I was nearly crying with the pain and think possibly why it is registering such a high level??

Danny. Lloyds Chemist. So I think it is a fairly good one.
Murray- thank you. Good to see I am not the only one.
Jason, believe me, it's painful to the point of wanting to scream. I do appreciate the 'white coat' syndrome but I'm not nervous at the doctors.
And Douglas. Cuff on correctly. Wearing it properly. Exactly as in the diagram and as they do at the surgery.
