tools..internet options`help`?

hi when i click tools then internet options i get....this has been cancelled due to restrictions on your computer contact my system administrator..anyone any advice thanks...i`m on xp

Do you have administrative permissions under your XP profile?

Start > settings > control panel > user accounts, is your account an administrator?

Do you have a virus? How is your antivirus protection?

i run avg..norton anti and the pop up stopper.....its a new problem and never experienced it b4..i`v gone to google and help..but with no luck
