Natural remedies to get rid of fleas on cat

None of the ones my family have tried work. Get Frontline for cats.
It actually does the job!

Frontline worked for a year or two on our two moggies, but now using Prinovox - prescription only.
Have not found any effective 'natural' remedy.

I can't think of any natural remedy that works on cat fleas. Unfortunately cat fleas now seem to have developed immunity to the chemicals in Frontline. For my mogs I use "Broadline" (available only from a vet or online with a vet's prescription). Broadline is applied to the back of the neck, and kills external and internal parasites, so controls fleas, all types of worms, ticks, ear mites, lice and fleas.
