Microsoft Works Spreadsheet

I have created a large list using an older version of microsoft works spreadsheet..alas i want to change the list into alphabetical order but have no idea how to as there is nothing as far as i can see how to do it...any ideas?

If memory serves right Simply select the list then use the Tools menu’s Sort item to re-arrange it into alphabetical or numerical order
