Out for an early morning walk in the park. Was confronted with a clear plastic bag filled with dog dirt hanging from the lower branches of a tree!
There was a rubbish bin less than 20 feet away.
Someone has actually stopped and thrown the bag into the air.
What sort of a mentality do these morons have?

They're really tall??
^^^ lol.... some must be tossed....never thought about guide dogs ....

Legally guide dog owners don't have to pick up their dog's poo. However, Guide Dogs encourage owners to pick it up if they can. On training owners are taught how to do this without being able to see it.
Ratters- (hello btw!) guide dogs are trained to poo in specific spots.
I think many people will pick up their dog poos if they are in an area where they may be seen and then chuck the bags in an area where they wont be seen. Dirty little cretins!!
Baldric, careful with bringing in legal we may get told legally what we have to do!! ;-)
Baldric , OK in that case they must throw it into the trees , but round here they seem to just hang it on a convenient branch.
If they throw it into the air do they not think it might fail to catch on a branch, come back down and hit them on the head? That really would be poetic justice ;-)
get a cat !
cats *** where they want!!

Islay, the components are in place, anything could happen.
cats are renowned for not doing poos....in their own gardens.
Don't start me on cats. I have to deal daily with their mess around my garden. At least the dog owners are picking it up. I wonder how the cat owners would like it if I took my dogs into their garden to do it's business.
Possibly not the best thread to stumble upon while woofing down a half pound of fudge . . .
