After an excellent soft fruit harvest Ont allotment, I'm facing tsunami of jam and jelly. The house smells like a jam factory :-)

My mates Mrs makes cakes and sells them at a local market. She had to have a visit from the public health to check her kitchen. She also had to take a course on hygiene.
