I am not good at this sort of problem but it has something to do with the seventh and first days. This is what sprung to mind:

The clue is "opposed always" = never

on the 2nd - 6th days (i.e. not MTWTFS) as Sunday is 7th . . .the answer is Never on a Sunday.
